Disabled Women and Regeneration
This
project followed on from the Disabled Women and Regeneration Conference
held in October 2001, organised as part of the Women
and Regeneration Project.
The
project explores disabled women's involvement in regeneration experiences
of Local Strategic Partnerships (LSP's) and makes a series of recommendations
to service providers and policy makers on how to improve the participation
of disabled women in regeneration. The project was undertaken by
WDS Associate, Simone Aspis.
The
project was managed by WDS, in association with Greater London Action
on Disability (GLAD) and the London Regeneration Network (LRN) and
funded by Comic Relief.
