* Building maintenance & lifecycle management

* Employing contractors

* Buildings insurance

* Fire risk assessments

Some of the feedback received from participants:

“ Clare’s expertise as a Building Surveyor is one of the first opportunities I‘ve experienced to attend training with a particular view point on building management. It was immensely valuable to attend a session with such a wide variety of attendees with Building management responsibilities that resulted in an extremely interactive, vibrant and informative way"

"The discussions encouraged were very helpful in sharing knowledge and experience of successes and pitfalls. This is invaluable for community groups who have little ability and resources for paid training"

Partners on the project are Locality, Community Action Network, Ethical Property Foundation, Community Matters, Ealing Community Resource Centre and Aston Mansfield.
